I feel the sunlight come through my window.  I stand in awe as the beams of light shine brightly upon my face. I feel the beauty of my face reflected in the light. The waves of light move through my hair and bring warmth to my skin. My body is calm. I am one with the light. Then a cloud moves in and for a brief moment covers the sun. The beams of light linger and my light still shines through. My spirit remains warm reminding me I am always connected to the light. I am the light. The cloud disappears and joy is felt in the brightness of light once again. I am vibrant and alive in the light. My spirit grows in light. My soul expands in light. Love is my connection to all life.

  Rising from human consciousness into Christ consciousness requires our hearts to be open to give and receive love. My choice is to be present. My heart is open.  If your heart is open you have nothing to fear. As the light increases in awakening humanity, the fears of the subconscious will be exposed into the light. It can bring joy or pain depending on your resistance to the light.  You can choose now in this moment to remember you are the light. You can choose to remember the God within and allow the illusions to fall away.

 Mastery of the body through awareness of one’s emotions and thoughts allows the light within to expand.   Your fears, pain, suffering, can be healed through remembering the truth of who you are and allowing the light to expand from the soul. You get to choose to struggle and fight it by holding on to the old behavior patterns, false beliefs, or embrace the light within and be free. What will you choose? Love or fear? Abundance or scarcity? Being open or closed? Light or darkness? Truth or Error? Health or sickness? Awareness or bondage to the false self ?Peace or anxiety? Oneness or separation?

When the blueprint of God consciousness awakens DNA is transformed, thought patterns change, and light exposes the illusion of separation into the awareness of oneness. Answers come from the soul. Are you searching outside of yourself for answers? It is human nature to seek validation. Do you seek validation for your illusions or your truth? You will find both depending on what you are pursuing.  The world is filled with people that will share light and truth as well as darkness and deception?  Seek the truth within and you will find discernment between truth and error.

 Truth will expose and threaten false beliefs.  Are you willing to expand beyond what you have been taught by culture, family, society, religion, and the human ego?  Taking the time to meditate, be still, and listen to what your soul already knows.  Your external world will reflect the love that is within you.  Awakening brings an end to searching to a knowing and being the light of Christ!  The miracle of love opens up your essence. Expansion comes from that space.  Light and truth comes into consciousness instantly without the resistance that comes from the deception of the false self.

Trust in God allows you to ascend past your fears and limitations to receive truth from higher realms. Trust is the openness that allows the false self to fall away into the light of new understanding. Trust allows you to expand from your comfort and familiar space to one that is open, free, adventurous and undiscovered.  Freedom from the bondage of human consciousness comes as the light within you grows brighter. You can choose to deny the light within you and suffer or surrender to the light and embrace oneness with god and all humanity. God is within bringing ascension, freedom, peace, and compassion. The universe in its perfect wisdom knows how to move humanity to open its heart center to God and will unfold perfectly in divine order.

 My heart is open to give and receive love. I am awake. I am here. I am willing to allow my soul to progress and trust in where I am guided to bring me to my highest good. I choose to be a guiding light to my family and humanity in love and joy.

 It is 4:00 a.m. and I reach for the paper and pen beside my bed, as I often do. The sun has yet to rise.  I lie in bed and close my eyes. I am listening to my soul and allow the pen to flow on the pages.  I reflect on this year as it comes to an end. The awareness of the blessings of my choices comes to light. I embraced the gifts my experiences gave me. I chose to trust, be open, free, loving, passionate, and forgiving.  I rose above adversity comprehending the atonement more deeply through my soul. I discovered parts of me longing to be expressed. I was willing to look beyond others weaknesses and consciously choose to remember and focus on their strengths.

 I had the courage to move my family into a new space.  I supported my daughter and held her in my love while she learned to be on her own. I watched the miracles of the universe support her on her path. I had the courage to believe in myself and start a new business.  I was patient and allowed spirit to guide me on a new path to share my spiritual gifts.  I offered those that came into my path my heart and hand in love. Above all, I choose to love abundantly and received love abundantly. I witnessed the ripple effect on humanity in being the love that I am. I continue to be fearless, pushing through my own resistance and limitations. I look within and see how I grew in compassion, understanding, forgiveness, and love.

I embraced the moments of healing that came from nature. The earth is my teacher and calls me to remember my connection to all life. I would often feel the breath of God through the wind kissing my face, allowing me to breathe more deeply, and bringing surrender to the spirit of life. Nature calls me inward to feel and listen to the essence of the elements. My heart awakens to the wisdom of knowing I am both the giver and receiver of life. As I remember my connection to Mother Earth I stand in my own light and truth. I feel a space unknown but familiar to my soul.

 As I reflect on my experiences that have brought me to this moment in time, I feel peace. I am in awe of God’s grace and tender mercies as his love flows through my life as beams of light illuminating my path. Forever hearing the voice of God whisper from my soul to trust him, holding me closely to feel him, and to know him more deeply to find myself once again through his love. I walk with humility with my Savior holding my hand, showing me his wonders, mysteries, and love.

I remember what is sacred within me, which can never be taken, only held in endless light. My awareness grows in knowing my life is sacred and holy with each step I take on earth.   I feel how my love branches out through my children nurturing them to grow through the seasons. I am the guiding light with open arms of love, to honor the sacred and holy journey of my children. Today in this moment of reflection I see all that is one eternal realm of love. I am here. I am love. I am truth. I am light. I am peace. I expand from here, in beauty and grace divine. The sun has risen again and I am awake to embrace what comes.

When I meditate I access the spiritual realms through the stillness in my soul. In the stillness is my perfection. In the stillness I see myself clearly and all illusions fall away. All perceptions projected onto me and all false beliefs about who I am disperse and transform into light. I am in perfect balance emotionally, mentally, physically.  I am in alignment with my true essence. I experience wholeness, peace, joy. I experience the connection to God that has always been there. 

Meditation is a time for listening, a time of letting go, and a time for being in the quiet space between thoughts of the mind. I feel the power of Creation of spirit in pure form and allow it to flow freely. I access God’s realm of abundance, peace, understanding, forgiveness, compassion, love, light and truth.

  I am willing to receive all blessing that are available for me. I remember  the spiritual gifts I have to share. My heart is open and filled with love to share with my brothers and sisters on the earth. I am reminded of the sacred and holy place in my soul filled with pure light and pure love. 

 I experience oneness with God, humanity and all creation.
